Gobbler deployed a system update yesterday, including some neat new features for Gobbler users! This update will not require that users download a new client. Keep an eye out for new fixes & features as we are working hard to make Gobbler better everyday!
Bugfixes & Improvements:
- Resolved an issue that prevented people from quickly receiving their 10GB bonus for referring 5 new users to the Gobbler service. This should happen much faster now
- Fixed a bug that caused Gobbler users who sent files using the application to receive too much email when their uploads were complete
- Fixed a bug that caused only one file to be listed in the ‘Your recipient has downloaded the files you’ve sent them’ email notification.
New Features:
- If a user invites someone and they haven’t received, or haven’t replied to, the invitation within ten days, those users can now check their Referral List in their Invite Friends tab when they log into the Gobbler Website and click ‘Resend’ to try again.
- If a user invites someone to Gobbler but the email isn’t received due to a typo (called a ‘bounce’), the sender can now check their Referral List in their Invite Friends tab when they log into the Gobbler Website and try again with a different email.
